Services Provided

CBS Autocare offers vehicle valeting services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint enhancement, coating and other related services. Details of our services and pricing can be found on our website or discussed directly with our team.

Bookings and Payments

• Booking: All bookings must be made through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Email

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit / debit cards, bank transfers or cash

Order Cancellation or Amendment

If you are looking to cancel or postpone your appointment with CBS Autocare, we would appreciate at least 48 hours of notice beforehand, so the time-slot can be re-used for another customer.

On the other hand, if we need to cancel or postpone a valet due to weather or any other unforseen circumstance we will be in contact as soon as possible to let you know. Unfortunately weather can have a large impact on what we offer, as we can't polish a car in the rain; and other product don't work properly if it is freezing.

Customer Responsibilities

• Vehicle Condition: It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is in a suitable condition for valeting. CBS Autocare will not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., rust, paint chips, or broken components).

• Access and Parking: If we are coming to your location, customers must provide access to the vehicle and an appropriate parking space for the duration of the service.

​

• Personal Items: CBS Autocare is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Service Limitations and Exclusions

While CBS Autocare strives to deliver excellent results, please note:

• Damage: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage that may be worsened by the cleaning process.

• Vehicle Modifications: Modifications such as custom paint, decals, or coatings may affect the results of certain services.

​

• Third-party Products: Any third-party products, such as air fresheners or cleaning agents, are used at your own risk, and CBS Autocare disclaims responsibility for any adverse effects.

Liability

• Damage or Loss: CBS Autocare takes the utmost care in handling your vehicle. However, in the event of accidental damage, CBS Autocare’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or the value of the damaged item/service.

• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify CBS Autocare from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the provision of services, including any damage to the vehicle due to factors outside CBS Autocare’s control.

Health and Safety

CBS Autocare ensures that all services comply with current health and safety standards. Our employees are trained to work safely and responsibly while carrying out services at your location or our premises.

Privacy and Date Protetion

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with you about your appointment. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Force Majeure

CBS Autocare shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
